Cyprus Salt and Black Truffle

Cyprus salt flakes, hand-picked and left to dry in the sun. A salt that is sweet and rich in iodine and goes well with dehydrated black truffle chopped into a fine grain. Excellent on red meat, eggs, vegetables, and fish.
