Toasted Almond Bitters is a favourite of craft-cocktail makers in Mai Tais, orgeat cocktails, or in an old-fashioned made with bourbon and amaretto. Add a dash to a homemade almond cream liqueur. It's also delicious in sour cherry toppings, preserves, or sorbet, or in almond brittle ice cream.
