De-alcoholized full-bodied Cabernet with blackcurrant, plum, and light oak character, medium-bodied with gentle tannins. This product contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
The fruit was crushed to red fermenters where it was fermented on oak, at cooler temperatures of 18 – 22C for 5 – 7 days. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
