De-alcoholized Semillon-Chardonnay blend with clean citrus, stone fruit, subtle creaminess, grassy aromas. Light bodied with fresh lemon butter flavours. This product contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
Notes:The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately fined and clarified. The fermentation process was carried out at cool temperatures to retain maximum fruit characters.
