Crafted in the tradition of Italian amari, NOA’s Sicilian-style Amaro leans sweeter and warmer, with layers of citrus, coffee and spice. French chicory provides coffee and cola notes, while long-macerated orange contributes freshness and texture.

Roasted cinnamon, coriander and anise sit behind sustained gentian bitterness and caramel sweetness.

Store between 4°C and 20°C when unopened.

Keeps for 6 months in the fridge once opened.

How to serve:

• On the rocks with citrus peel
• With sparkling water, tonic or cola
• In an Espresso & Tonic
• In a Negroni, Spritz or Boulevardier
