Made in Montreal by Bartenders, The Poire pour la soif is part of Fin Soad's COLLAB EDITIONS where they partner with local businesses and friends to create fun out of the box cocktails. This one was inspired by the aromas in Canadian white wines: citrus, pears and herbs. We used fresh Eucalyptus to bring lots of depth to this non-alcoholic cocktail. The addition of oolong tea brings texture that really makes this drink perfectly balanced.
