Bellwoods Brewery: Stay Classy N/A IPA

Bellwoods Brewery is always striving to make the best beer possible and they’re equally motivated to make a non-alc beer that stands up to the same set of expectations. Many months into this endeavour, they’ve honed their process to a point that they’re really happy with. They're excited to launch their Non-Alcoholic Stay Classy IPA into the world right…now!

ABV aside, their non-alcoholic beer has a lot in common with their beer. Both are made with the same ingredients (barley, oats, yeast, hops, etc.) and the same intent (make something that tastes really good!). As a result, Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and soft, pale yellow body. Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours — think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure. It’s dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasant bitter finish.
