Vineyard & Winemaking

We select the fruit for our alcohol-removed Chardonnay from California's finest marine-influenced vineyards, where cool breezes and fog allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly as they develop rich flavors and complexity. Our winemakers carefully craft this Chardonnay using traditional methods; then our exclusive spinning cone process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the delicate aromas and flavors. Fre has less than 0.5% alcohol by volume and half the calories of regular wine.
