Inspired by compound-gin techniques, NOA Dry Gin is made by macerating traditional botanicals including juniper berries, lemon, coriander seed and star anise. Its lightly sweet texture carries a complex, aromatic profile that works equally well neat or mixed.

Note: A natural deposit of juniper may occur. Shake well before each use to disperse the sediment.

Store between 4°C and 20°C when unopened.

Keeps for 6 months in the fridge once opened.

How to serve:

• On ice
• In a Gin & Tonic or Gin & Sonic
• With sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
• In a Sour or Martini
• In a Mule or Bloody Caesar
• In a French 75 or Fizz
• As you would any other gin

Taste

Piney, peppery juniper leads the nose. Coriander and juniper take over on the palate, followed by pepper, lemon and a lightly anise-like finish.
