Their fresh raspberries are first frozen to help concentrate the juices. Then their local partner Impress mashes them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar and then filtered. They keep some of the pulp in the syrup so it tastes just like Grandma's jam. And just like said jam, their syrup is free of flavouring and preservatives.
How to use it?
White and black beers; White, red and pink sangrias; Perfect as a kir or a kir royal; In iced teas (green, black, white), with foam soda, in lemonade, in slushes and in aguas frescas; In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake, fruit salad, goat cheese and chocolate cake as well as vinaigrettes.
