FIN Soda: Cascara, Seabuckthorn & Strawberries

Made in Montreal by Bartenders, The Cascara & Sea buckthorn is the first release of Fin Soda's COLLAB EDITIONS where they partner with local businesses and friends to create fun, out of the box cocktails. Cascara is the shell of the coffee bean and one of the biggest wastes in the coffee industry. By transforming and infusing this byproduct with local berries, we created a drink that is fruity and complex with delicate tannins.
